Essentials is Moreton Hall’s very own chemist shop, previously called “Matrons Shop” which was run by the Moreton Staff. When the new team took over the business we swiftly re-named it Essentials.

Essentials stocks everything needed for a girl's day to day life, shampoos, conditioners, shower products, face products, moisturisers and of course toothbrushes and toothpaste. We have already extended our product range and we now stock more popular items, which gives our customers more choice. However we plan to develop this further and to also transform our premises into a welcoming and up to the minute enterprise. We will also be converting to the Moreton Enterprises credit payment system at the start of the Spring Term "As Director of Essentials I am responsible for the business and I am required to be organised and ensure the shop is running smoothly and efficiently. It is my responsibility to price products and check we have enough stock and if not, take a shopping trip with Mrs. Ashworth. I also have to attend a directors meeting once a week as well as hold a team meeting to update my manager and assistants with what’s happening behind the scenes and any plans that have been made. Essentials is currently very prosperous and there has already been a dramatic change to its former self which we aim to keep that way". |
