A preparation for University and beyond

Sixth Formers are encouraged to start
taking adult decisions within a supportive
environment. The Moreton Sixth lifestyle and accommodation have been designed to prepare students for University life and
beyond: there is no set uniform, cars are
allowed(within strict guidelines), all
bedrooms have internet access and all
Upper Sixths have en-suite bathrooms;
Students are free to socialise outside
school at weekends, but there are always
supportive houseparents around to offer
advice and guidance.
The result is a safe, relaxed and mature
environment, preparing pupils for life
beyond Sixth Form.

Moreton Hall helps to develop confident individuals with enquiring minds, a will to take responsibility, to take risks, to try new things and thus to get the most out of their lives.
Outside the classroom Sixth Formers get
involved in The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, Moreton Enterprises (a unique set of businesses entirely run by students), drama, swimming (heated pool), tennis, hockey, lacrosse, golf (our own golf course), horse riding, sailing, being tour guides, being prefects, mentoring, travel, and various social activities.

Superior UCAS and Careers Advice

Students are guided through all aspects of career planning and university entry procedures. Oxbridge tutoring is given. Students learn to understand themselves and are helped to find the best courses and careers to ensure they maximise their potential.
